Alya Aldrin

Alya leads GIR’s Technical Advisory function, overseeing technical co-ordination, reporting, compliance and quality systems across a range of construction projects. She holds a BEng in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Water Engineering, with experience supporting government and regional institutions across Asia and delivering technical advisory services in the UK. She brings a structured, analytical approach to complex technical and construction matters and is also active in professional writing and mentoring women pursuing education, career development and STEM pathways.
